We partnered with Electra to refresh their digital presence, creating a more robust, engaging and intuitive website that puts customers and their needs at the centre of the experience.
From checking power outages and reporting issues to finding network information and submitting requests, the goal was to make everyday interactions easier and aligned to national standards. A key part of the project involved configuring online forms and connecting website functionality with Electra's business systems and outage information.
Visually, the website balances Electra’s trusted, community-focused identity with a fresh, contemporary design. Strong typography, clear navigation and engaging content work together to create an approachable digital experience that feels both professional and accessible.
The result is a stable, customer-focused platform that better reflects Electra’s role in the community, while providing a flexible foundation to support its evolving services and the changing energy landscape.
